Leslie A. was my CSR. I have nothing but positive feelings about the service received. Since I never saw anyone else in the reception area, I assume she was by herself for the day. Leslie was extrememly efficient and friendly; always smiling with an outgoing prsonality. What ever she's getting paid isn't enough. The work itself was done quickly. An added bonus that I didn't expect was that my car was detailed. I really apprciated that. I would promote Boyd Autobody to everyone. You provide excellent service. Thank you.

I recieved excellent customer service at this location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered me a free courtesy car which I always had to go to a rental place in the past. They also picked me up from my home when I needed them to and the job was done the same day. They cleaned up my car and I left happy. I would return to this location should I need to in the future.

A HUGE thank you to Anier (operations manager) and Leslie (I'm sorry I don't know your title but you were the person that greeted me at the front and helped me out with my situation). I called Boyd that day to please repair my driver's side door that would not open! It was a terrible, rainy cold day and needless to say it was a huge pain to get in and out of a minivan on the passenger side. Leslie and Anier were very compassionate and helpful and fixed the problem and had me on my way within 45 minutes!! Extraordinary! Thanks again!!

I brought my vehicle for some mechanical work. Not only did they do the work in half the time of my dealership, they also did it for half the price! I received a courtesy car, which helped me a great deal with my day, and the Manager made special arrangements for me to drop off my car/get my courtesy car before six am! I can't say enough good things about how I've been treated.
