Sometime ago I was enroute from Kenora to the Winnipeg airport in the middle of winter to catch a flight to Toronto. While traveling on the Trans Canada Highway I was pasted by a semi going in the same direction. Something flew off of the Semi and struck my drivers side window smashing it into a 1000 pieces. I didn't have much spare time to make my flight so I called Boyd's on St Edward and told them my dilemma. They asked if I could make it to the shop and I said I could but, not before it closes. They said never mind we will wait. On arriving at the shop they whisked me away to the airport ...yes I made my flight. A day or two later they called me in Toronto to tell me my vehicle was repaired. I was able to pay for the damages over the phone. When I returned to Winnipeg my vehicle was sitting in the airport parking lot waiting for me. ... Now that is service! I mentioned that this happened sometime ago and I always felt remiss in not writing this letter. Most recently I was getting some repairs done to my vehicle at the Boyd,s Regent location. We were on holiday and picked up a stone chip en route to Winnipeg. We pulled in to Boyd Auto Glass and told our sad story, hoping the might be treatable and the windshield salvageable. Less than 15 minutes later we were on our way. The service was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient -- thanks a bunch, Boyd Auto Glass!! :)

By far the best experience I have had in terms of automobile service. Customer service was excellent and the manager David was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this location to any friends who find themselves in the same predicament as me. I was very impressed that my request was answered on a Sunday, I was able to bring in my vehicle on Monday morning, and it was ready to go by 4pm.

Had my van in for replacement windshield. Called in the am and had appt within 3 hours. Was able to leave the vehicle over night and pick up the next day at 9 am. The staff and service was amazing. Clarissa was excellent . Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Give her a raise!!!! I would rate the experience 20 out of 10. I highly recommend this location. Tks so much

I would like to acknowledge David B. location manager, for his very excellent customer service. It would have been closer for me to go to the Scurfield location but I chose to go to the King Edward location strictly because of David being there. He has excellent people skills and truly understands the meaning of customer service. He is a big asset to the company and is always a pleasure to do business with.

I took my vehicle in for repairs at Boyd on King Edward for a cracked windshield after last year I had a terrible experience at Birchwood Collision centre on Owen St. The service and quality of work was great, it was done very fast and done properly. I was very impressed with the staff and I would highly recommend anybody to that Boyd location. The manager Dave even personally double checked everything and made sure I was happy with the results. This is what getting your vehicle repaired should be like.

Thank you for the great service and quality of work you have provided. It was a very satisfying experience. There is an exception. When I turned the vehicle in I asked the service person to re attach the heat shield for which I would pay separately. He told me this would be done and included it on the work order and wrote the instruction with marker on the rear window. As it turned out this did not happen. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received recently at Boyd. The manager, David , was extremely friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. The rest of the staff were as well, always answering my questions thoroughly and in a pleasant manner, whether on the phone or in person. It's not often you find customer service like that. All my needs were looked after and I never once felt like I had to push for anything. I will always choose Boyd in the future when the need arises and will highly recommend Boyd to my friends and family.

Right from the get-go, I was treated with kindness, respect, courtesy, proficiency, and an old kind of honest friendly service that most of us miss. The boomers are the largest population segment, after all! I especially give a shout out to Leslie and Tyler....and the friendly young handsome man who occasionally walked by, always extended his friendly smile and acknowledgement. Leslie has a good business sense with a nice demeanor. One you can trust. And Tyler had a genuineness about him that transposed everything he did from Intake to Wrap-up, and was very thorough and conscientious. Overall, 5 stars says it best! Thank you.
