I had been to this Boyd location before and came back as a satisfied customer. I was not disappointed. I forgot that my car would get cleaned even if it was only my bumper which was replaced - nice surprise! I had also left a note on the envelope in which I left my keys in the drop-box that I would like the bolts that were on my old bumper put on the new bumper along with the usual clips since they held better. This was done, no problem.

I had both my truck and car in recently for repairs. (This was the 4th time the car was in for repiars-teenage drivers!) The service Cam provided was as always excellent. He kept us up-to-date on the repairs and both vehciles were ready on the day he said they would be. I will most definitely recommend to people to: Bring it to Boyd!

I just wanted to say that I am thrilled with the work that was done on my car! The paint job was perfect, and the inside was sparkling clean. So, please thank all the staff involved in the bodywork/painting/cleaning of my car, they did an AWESOME job!! Hopefully, I don’t need to get my car fixed again anytime soon!... but if I do, I will definitely bring my business back to your company!!

I want to commend your staff on helping me clean out my car (that had been totalled by AP and was waiting for Dr. Hooke) on an extremely cold day (Januarl 17th). This was not their job, but they were so helpful and also helped me take my new car indoors to put on the licence plates. This kind of help made a stressful day much less so, and I shall use Boyd if the need be in the future and recommend it to my friends! Thanks again for going above and beyond your job.

"All I can say is Wow. I have chosen Boyd for a few collision and glass repairs over the past decade or so mostly because of proximity/convenience and I\'ve always received decent to good service. I currently own a GMC Sierra and recently cracked my bumper on a snow bank. On Christmas eve, I stopped by the Boyd shop on King Edward to ask how much it would cost to replace or if there was some sort of short term fix I could do to keep the crack from growing. I was astonished when Anier said he would patch it for no charge. I couldn\'t help myself say \"Wow\" out loud. The work was done quickly and I was on my way within 25 minutes. I would like to thank Anier, Sam, Candace, and the guys in the shop for their excellent service. I have already told family members and I will spread the word with friends and my workplace. Just thought I would write a quick note to compliment Boyd on the repair of my wifes Sebring that I had in there a couple of weeks ago. I think it is a Rosewood colour that I thought you would never match, especially as it's a ninety-six. I was wrong, it matches perfectly and she's very happy. This was our third time there, mostly because of location and loaner cars, but it is always an added bonus when the repair is done well. Thanks again for your great service.
