My recent experience at Boyd with production Manager Warren P. and customer service representative Katelyn G. was wonderful. They both went way above and beyond . The work on my car was expert ,as usual, but Warren in his communication with auto PAC re the nature of the damage was hugely helpful. They are both professional, clear and personable. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with them.

Boyd really put great customer service into collision repair. Warren and Katelyn were friendly and efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer right from the time I walked into Boyd until the repairs were completed. The courtesy car was appreciated, but before the repairs were done I needed a van. They went beyond by renting me a brand new van, all complimentary of Boyd, to meet my needs. The repair job was awesome and my vehicle was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend them.

Customer relations were outstanding! Warren the shop manager and Katelyn front desk ,went over and beyond making my 6 claims go smoothly ((dealing with MPI and re opening claims that were closed etc) and kept me up to date with phone calls on the progress of my truck. Warren took me in the back to show me how the work was coming along and answered every question and completed every request I had. They even put on mudflaps that I just purchased with no additional cost. Getting your vehicle repaired is usually a very stressful time for some but this experience made me worry free. Not only did they supply me with a courtesy car for free, the final result and workmanship they put into my truck was superb. The quality of service all around was 100% satisfaction. My truck looks like it came directly off the sales floor when I first purchased it ... brand new. Even the paint warranty is better than my purchased warranty from the dealership! Went in expecting a monstrous bill and to get dinged on my license by autopac because of an accident causing my front door to become unaligned. As soon as I walk in an extremely friendly woman greeted me and I was met almost immediately by someone who came and reviewed my door. He told me he wanted to try something on my car before he charged me anything. The worker and his assistant drove my car in and out of the garage for me. He fixed my door within 5 minutes and charged me nothing. I was pleasantly surprised and my entire week was made. I will definitely be returning to Boyd - being a young female student with no knowledge about cars, it's so nice to finally go to an autobody shop that is prompt and friendly and doesn't try to rip you off, they genuinely care about their customers.

Dealing with Warren at the Dudley location was amazing. I had been through a very rough time with 2 accidents that I was anxious to put behind me. He was sympathetic and understanding. He assured me that everything would be dealt with in a timely manner so that I could have my car back. Everything went so smoothly-I even had an update call the day I brought my car in!!! I am SO VERY satisfied and grateful for an excellent job. Gadir was also a pleasure to deal with at the front desk and very helpful when I picked up my car. I would recommend this Boyd location to anyone in need of repairs to their car.

I had comparisons and finally chose here by their patient and courterous answers. My rear door latch was broken, they first gave me inspection then bought a used parts, less costly. we are satisfied with reasonable price and considerate service. btw, my car was cleanly washed, feel good...

This particular location has always offered me outstanding service! I did have a bit of a miscommunication in which I double checked with them that there would be no additional charges for the rental car that was being provided to me however I did have to pay for additional coverage or risk paying a $1000 deductible. I called Boyd the same day and told them the coverage was more than I could afford and wondered if I could bring the car back and save the money on the 2 other days they would have my car. They not only took the rental back, but they assured me I wouldn't be charged and offered me a courtesy car at no cost aside from the fuel I used. Unfortunately Enterprise still ended up charging me for the 1 day but I couldn't be happier with the service from Boyd and I would recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

Recently received my BMW back from David and the rest of the Boyd team at Dudley. The work done on the car was excellent. I was concerned I would be able to clearly see the new bumper and paint in contrast to the existing panels on the car. Everything was blended to perfection. Has probably been my 3rd or 4th time needing a collision repair of some sort and Boyd has provided great service as always.
