Boyd Auto was recommended by Kia Vancouver for repairs to my damaged new car. The manager, Robin, personally provided me with fantastic service, excellent communication and professionalism. Having fallen victim to a hit and run that left my car unable to be driven, Robin organized for my vehicle to be delivered to Boyd that same day. Quotes were provided almost immediately and they sorted all my rental car needs whilst accommodating my busy schedule. Robin went over and above in terms of service and even delivered my vehicle as I was unable to collect. The car was good as new, very well cleaned inside and out with even the leather polished. Paint work is flawless and I'm very impressed with the quality of workmanship. And with a lifetime warranty on the work, I'm happy. Unfortunately I've had occasion to use Boyd at this location more than once (we were only responsible for one collision repair) and each time we were treated pleasantly, friendly and professionally by the office staff and the workmanship involved with each repair was certainly done professionally as well. I'd certainly recommend this Boyd location to anyone requiring collision repair or any type of body work.

The service I recieved at your Vancouver location today was nothing short of outstanding. After scratching my car, I popped in to Boyd on my way to work to make an appointment to have them repair it. Robin took a look and suggested that he try to buff out the scratches. Less than 10 minutes later I was back in my freshly washed car and the scratches were gone, all at no charge! Thank you so much to Robin who completely made my day and now has a customer for life!

Had some window tint work done on a company car. Fast and efficient service .Car was ready ahead of time , and they arranged for a rent a car on top. The car was cleaned and washed before I picked it up. Great Service so will always come back . All of the staff were very friendly and very knowlegeable

I have never had such great service before. All my questions were answered in detail and all the information I needed was provided to me with specifics when I called. I didn't feel unsure or doubtful of the service I was getting. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly, they had someone drive me to work as I left my vehicle there for the day to get fixed, and he even offered to pick me up after. Rose Kumar is awesome. I received a message the next day to make sure I got my car ok and that I was happy with everything. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I work with. Thank you so much Rose.

I was in a car accident and chose Boyd Autobody to repair my car. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and ended up being written off by ICBC. However, I found everyone I dealt with there to be extremely nice and helpful - especially Robin Soni. I would definitely come back to this location if I ever found myself in a situation like this again.

Outstanding service. Robin was very welcoming, careful and efficient. He made me feel that I was valued as a customer and that he would do everything possible on my behalf to set things to rights. Everything went very smoothly and the car was ready when promised, looking great. After a very bad experience with Speedy Glass on the previous day, (long story, but essentially made an appointment that was not honoured), it was refreshing to see this done the way it should be done. Collision repair and windshield replacement on corporate truck: The repairs were completed on time (quicker than expected); staff was friendly and professional; and communication was excellent. Our corporate trucks see almost constant use and are difficult to replace with a rental. Having a quick turn-around with updates on the progress made my life a lot easier. Thanks to the Boyd staff for turning an unpleasant event into a satisfying experience.

Both my husband and myself were extremely pleased with the first class service provided by Boyd Autobody & Glass. Robin SONI initially indicated that the car would be ready on Thurs. or Fri. True to his word it was ready Thurs. We appreciate the fact that they washed and thoroughly cleaned the car--removed ALL the broken glass which was scattered throughout the interior.
