Robin and the team always offer exceptional service. My car was broken into on Wednesday evening and I was in a rental car on Thursday AM by 8:30am so I could get back to work. The team worked quickly to get me my car back and kept me informed about progress. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car in 3 or 4 times and Its always put a positive spin on a collision or break in.

My car was hit by a gentleperson from Alberta insured with State Farm. After the most nightmarish situation, getting in contact with Robin Soni felt like I was dealing with a customer service God. This sounds like a fluff piece, but he legitimately took care of everything down to organizing a rental car for me. I've never been in an accident up until now, and have never had the unfortunate opportunity to go to any other autobody place, but if I get in another collision, I will almost definitely be going back to Robin.

Warmly greeted at reception and staff was very quick to complete the glass repair estimate. Car rental from Enterprise was also prompt. In about 15-20 min I was off in a rental car. Excellent follow up by e-mail and phone on status of repairs. They allowed me to pick up my vehicle over the weekend even though they are closed. Great to deal with Boyd Autobody.

The service I received with at this location was phenomenal. Robin was excellent to deal with and had my vehicle repaired in 1 day. The bumper was preordered and painted. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am and by the end of the day my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service I received from Robin was exceptional. If I require any future repairs this Boyds location will be my first choice. I will certainly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I received excellant service both for the estimate from Mandy and service form Rose once my vehicle was brought in for repair. It took a little longer than estimated but the work was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the fact my vehicle was washed after work completed. Nice touch!
