I have been coming to the Boyd Autobody location on W.73rd in Vancouver BC for the past 6 years or so. I have to say that the service that I have received has been STELLAR! I have come in 4 times and every time I have been greeted by extremely friendly staff and the customer service has been great! The most recent time I had to go in was due to a broken rear windshield. The process that I would normally have to go through was going to be a headache as my windshield was broken due to a police incident and an act of vandalism. I was going to have to go through ICBC for my claim. I would have had to pay for the whole repair up front and ask for a reimbursement from ICBC. But Rose Kumar (who was my contact at Boyd) kept me informed throughout the whole process. She was even so proactive that she contacted ICBC to have the claim pre authorized ... so that I would only have to pay my deductible instead of the whole repair job! Customer service like this is what makes me keep coming back. This is why I think the folks at Boyd deserve huge KUDOS! Thanks again and I hope you keep up the great work!!! Dave Wu read more

My insurance provider was not going to repair all of the damage and he went above and beyond to help make sure that everything was fixed properly and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fred and his team were amazing! They went way above and beyond all my expectations. I was dealing with a stolen work truck ( the way that I make my livelihood) and Fred was always willing to help make the process as smooth as possible. He even went as far as helping me deal with my decal guy and make sure we had the right measurements for the crew cab window decals. He made dealing with ICBC( which is normally a pain in the ass) a breeze. I would recommend Boyd on 73rd st in VAncouver to everyone I know! Thanks Fred and the team at Boyd!

This is my second time using Boyd Autobody (same location) and the service has been consistent both times. They took care of all of the paperwork and they completed the work exactly in the time that they stated (and called me immediately upon completion). They even washed the car inside and out. Boyd did a fantastic job repairing my 1997 Isuzu Rodeo for me! After being told by other shops around Vancouver that no one would touch an Isuzu any more, Robin at the Vancouver Boyd location had a welcome and different response - of course they could fix it, it just might take a little bit more effort to find the parts. I was delighted with the friendly service (including being picked up and dropped off to the sky train so I could go to work on time) and fast turnaround (I had my vehicle repaired in about one week) and the extra little touches (they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior for me). Robin even matched the paint colour perfectly, despite having to hunt around online and in the USA for it. I was 100% satisfied with the service and work done at Boyd, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good shop with great ... service and great results. YELP: Recently I needed some work done quite quickly on my 2012 Dodge Caravan. I called around to several shops, and although none of them seemed run off their feet, they all wanted more time to do the work than I had available. Then I called on Robin at Boyd Autobody. They were close to my home, had a car rental company close by, and made all the arrangements that were necessary to get the work done in the time allowed. And their work was fabulous. My vehicle had been sideswiped while parked, and it's white paint was mared with black paint and rubber right down the side. When I went to pick it up, to my amazement it was back to perfect condition - no trace of the accident. Boyd's staff was very helpful, Robin kept updating me on their progress, and together they all made the whole process very smooth. I highly recommend their work and ... service. read more
