Service was completed in the estimated time. Car was beautifully clean and paperwork was all completed when I arrived. This was a VERY different experience than I had had taking my vehicle to Craftsman Collision about a year ago as everything went wrong and they wasted a lot of my time. I would highly recommend this Boyd location.

The service I received on my 2013 Lexus was outstanding. The staff is professional, helpful, honest and friendly. From the moment I arrived Gale Mandla ensured my car could be repaired and as quickly as possible. The driver's side of my vehicle was covered in bright yellow road paint...it was an absolute mess. I was delighted with the work Boyd's completed on my car. It was perfect! Thank you so much!

Thank you! I was very thankful for the excellent service I received. The staff was very friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. I was able to quickly get my car fixed and looking brand new again. It felt really great to walk into the store and feel really taken care of by true professionals. I would definitely reccomend this to others in need of auto body work.

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service this location provides.. The staff is friendly, polite and shows superior professionalism . They gave me an appointment to bring my car in and did the work in two days and the work was excellent. I know I got a quote from another body shop and they wanted it for a week. Boyd was fast and efficient. I will recommend them very highly to anyone who requires autobody work and will definitely refer my friends to this particular location. All three office staff are excellent and know their job. It is nice to see, as unfortunately not all places out there are like that... Thank you so much for the great job and service.

It was Robin who helped me with my collision service, he was super friendly and nice, patiently answered all my inquiries. My car was fixed efficiently in just 1 day while I had a courtesy car to use. Overall Robin provided excellent service and great attitude! My best auto body shop experience so far.
