I heard the advertisement on the radio about how Boyd Autobody looks inside the vehicle and under the vehicle when there is an accident to ensure that you are safe and everything is fixed properly. They delivered! Robin contacted ICBC personally to ensure the claim went smoothly. I was taken care of quickly and easily and my car not only works great and looks great, but it feels like it is fixed everywhere it should have been. It would be impossible to overstate my satisfaction with the treatment I received from Robin and his staff! I was introduced to them by my wonderful mechanics of 30 years, Granville & Avery Automotive, so I knew that I could trust them. What I wasn't prepared for was the amazing service they provided. Together we determined what collision repairs were and were not warranted, so that my reliable and beloved car of 23 years could be restored to the road at reasonable cost. Parts were found, repairs completed and the car cleaned up - in fewer than 24 hours, because Robin was determined that I have my car back before the long weekend and expected rainy weather. All done with huge smiles and immense courtesy from everyone. Thank you!!!

Robin was more than accommodating to my needs. I called the day before I left for a trip and was able to have my car dropped off and the bodywork completed while I was away. Robin gave me a very accurate estimate, and I came home to a perfectly repaired car. I hopefully won't have to any work done on my car in the future, but I will always recommend the shop.

This was my first experience taking my car to Boyd and I'm very impressed with their service. They were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the various options for the repair and suggested I start with the lowest cost option, which is what I did and I was very happy (and relieved!) with the results. My car also was returned to me cleaner inside and out than when I brought it in! I would highly recommend them.

I have never required auto glass services before , it was recommended to me to give Boyd a call . Rose answered , hearing a women on the other end of the phone immediately put me at ease .A few simple questions to answer & the next day Robin & team came out to get my car . The best part , when it was returned it had been washed & vaccumed . I havent been experienced this type of customer service in years !! I will definitely be spreading the word about this place .
