Boyd Auto Body and Glass on West 73rd in Vancouver ..I took my van in to Boyd Auto Body after someone keyed my van on two doors. Their service was great(two day turn around), and even delivered my van to a mechanical shop for me for Brake work after my auto body work was finished, Friendly staff, with Robin S. This was my first repair from a collision and Boyd helped me through the process which made it completely easy, convenient and hassle-free! Tony, who speaks Cantonese and is super attentive and caring, took care of everything and is most appreciated because of his follow-up. He would call to keep me posted on progress and even after I got my car back to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Boyd for any servicing or repairs.

I've been going to Boyd for several years and everytime they are the quick, reliable, and they do the work nothing short of excellent! I found Gayle at Boyd Auto Body to be extremely professional and helpful. I had the unfortunate circumstances of being in 2 collisions within the last 6 months and due to the excellent service at this shop the first time, I returned to have some significant auto body repair work done on my car after an accident. Gayle at Boyd Auto Body made sure he was able to do the repairs under the amount that ICBC estimated so that I would not have to buy a new car (I love my current Subaru). He was honest, upfront and efficient. They provided me with a rental car for the length of the time my car was repaired and this was organized in a very convenient and easy manner. The staff were very courteous,available and very organized. I was able to have my bumper replaced with very little waiting time over the xmas holidays. Soni and Rosa made sure I had a courtesy car to get to and from work so I wouldn't have to worry about getting home after work to relieve my handicapped husband's care giver.To top it all off, the car was washed and vacuumed and looked super.
