Very professional and accommodating. Spectacular service and workmanship. I travel extensively and Robin was able to fit the work into my schedule, keep me updated by text and made it easy for me to drop off and pick up. This is my second experience with Robin and I would highly recommend his business to anyone.

I dealt with Robin today at boyd auto body. After my car was broken into Easter weekend. Robin got my car in right away and even managed to give me a good price. After calling 15 different window repair shops in Vancouver and surrounding area. Robin had the best customer service hands down. I found 2 places cheaper by a few dollars but the customer service alone made me trust this auto dealer. Not being from Vancouver he notified me of places in the area I could grab breakfast/coffee and had my car fixed and cleaned in a more then timely manner! I would bring my car back if needed for sure!

I am a returning customer to Boyd namely because of the excellent care , professionalism, and service provided by Robin S. Again, I had a fantastic experience as I was taken care of by both Robin and Gale at the Marine Drive Boyd location. I had professional service from both of these gentlemen. I felt very well taken care of. Despite being in an accident, the repairs on my car were done quickly and the process was stress free. I was highly impressed with the professional service and the helpful customer-comes-first attitude. I was surprised in a very positive way to see Boyd's willingness to take responsibility for their own error by arranging for a glass technician to come to where my car was parked so that I did not have to take any more time away from work.
