I had the most awesome service - called around 11 am Monday March 7 - was given an appointment at 130PM that afternoon for an assessment. Was notified the next day that SGI had confirmed the damage - and parts were ordered, By Thursday the parts were in and my vehicle was in the shop the next day - and 10 days later I had the vehicle back looking better than new. I would like to give 5 stars to Cathy for her outstanding service - keeping us updated on all the progress. This was a first time accident for me- and she made me feel at ease telling me it would be great - thanks again Cathy.

My wife was in Saskatoon and found her van window broken on a Thursday morning. Our van is a 2009 Routan and we are from out-of-province, so she only had the rest of Thursday and Friday to get the window replaced before driving home, and had to do it while looking after our two screaming children the whole time too. I spoke with a Chris who, within seconds, found a replacement and quoted us a very reasonable price. He was incredibly friendly, helped my wife get a rental, and had the car done early on Friday. When it came time to pay it even came in cheaper than quoted! Fantastic experience - a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much!

Cathy went above and beyond to provide me with the most excellent service I have received ever. My car was repaired/painted in record time which was a very important factor in my personal situation.
