Kris and his team are consummate professionals. I cannot praise them enough for their strong, efficient work and excellent attitude. As a background, the work that was done on my car was a window fix. It had been smashed in during a break-in. It was a Friday that I brought it in and I was due to leave Saskatchewan within the next week. There was a very clear deadline on when it had to be fixed. Kris and his team pulled out all the stops to get it done. They put in an order that day for the glass and it was delivered on the Monday. Immediately, they went to work, cleaned out all the broken glass, cleaned the dash and installed it all in perfect condition right before I left. I don't believe I've ever had the level of service in any capacity that this team put in. And during this time, they also arranged to have a car for me while mine was ... put out of commission. I was also slightly late on the day I had to pick it up and they communicated to me that it was no problem; that they would be waiting for me. Again, I cannot thank Kris and his team for the great work and professional attitude they had through the entire process. I commend them on their excellent work. If there is a branch that Boyd should be exceptionally proud of and use as a prime example of good work, it's this one in Saskatoon. read more

I had my wife's Toyota Rav4 repaired here a couple of years ago & was very pleased with the workmanship & the professionalism in which Kathrine handled the whole job. That was through SGI. In Dec/ 15 I chose Boyds in North Battleford again when I had a collision with my car. Although the car was deemed a write off, here again Kathrine was very empathetic in allowing me access to obtain all my personal possessions from the car etc. This type of understanding is so important in such a traumatic situation. I have no hesitation in recommending North Battleford Boyd's to anyone. Actually, I also used Boyd's in Calgary for this same car, I think it was in 2012.

I was 100% happy with the service we got at Boyd in North Battleford. They did excellent work, were prompt, very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Cathy kept in touch with me to update me and did her very best to serve me. Absolutely the best autobody company I have ever dealt with! I can't thank you enough for all you did for us!
