The service I received was exceptional! I needed a quick service that was rather last minute and Paolo was able to squeeze me on the spot. As I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Jackson who knew exactly what I came in for. He was professional, organized, and efficient. I was very impressed by JJ as he switched out my burnt headlight for a new one in a matter of minutes. I was also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary carwash Jackson threw in for me! Definitely will come again!

Normally, I don't bother to take the time to give feedback but the wonderful service I received from Matthew L. was exceptional. I value service and Matthew delivered ...he's a Star! I had gotten ticked off when my scheduled appointed did not happened and they called to let me know it would have to be another day when my car was already there for hours. Today it got done and when others seemed to duck for cover, Matthew took charge of my situation and was very pleasant and helpful and displayed very good manners. He personally dropped me off and picked me up while my car was being fixed and in those brief times as well, I could tell he was a very positive and kind person ...the type of person any business would want to take care of their customer service.

The service here is really great. They keep you informed and up to date with procedures and timing of the fix. The mechanics go the extra mile over and above the task at hand. I was impressed with the level of service and would recommend Boyd in Richmond to anyone.

I had a rock chip the size of a water droplet and I made an appointment the same day. They had me in and out in 15min. Steve, Bill, and Anthony were totally accommodating and attentive to my timeline. They even had good coffee for me. I'd recommend them and I would return for future service but hope I won't have to.

The last time I was here for Headlight Glass restoration, the Staff were very accommodating and most friendly. They were the same this time too. Mathew assessed the Windshield Chips with Bill, the Glass Expert. They offered to do it right away, even though it is Lunch Break. 15 minutes later, all are fixed. Paolo [Manager] reviewed the work before returning the car to me. All I can say they are awesome! Keep it up and you will attract more customers.

WOW.... these guys are good. I recently was involved in an accident where my car was rear ended. I had it towed to Boyd Richmond and they took care of the rest. Paolo and his team were courteous, professional and understanding of my requests and expectations throughout the repair process. I was kept informed during the repairs and always knew what stage my vehicle was at. I happened to stop in for a visit during the repairs and the team explained to me the factory specified process and tools they would be using to fix my car. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond to cover my car up and protect it while it was in the shop and they fixed up and old scrape on the front bumper for me. Special thanks to Ramil and the paint team for making my caddy look spectacular again. The quality of the repairs are top shelf and I am a ... discerning customer with high expectations. The replacement vehicle from Enterprise was new & clean and I was given a complimentary upgrade. Last but not least the detail /clean up dept did a stellar job cleaning my vehicle and getting it back to showroom shine. Congratulations to the Boyd Richmond Team for turning an unpleasant situation into a positive. I will definitely recommend Boyd Richmond to my friends and family. Thanks read more

My parents car had their back widow smashed and bumper vandalized one night. I called Boyd and they took really good care of them. They helped them out with their rental car and walked them through the insurance claim as well. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.
