My new Audi was recently in an accident and was damaged all down the passenger side. I brought it in to Rishi at Boyd in Richmond as he was highly reccomended by some friends. WOW. From the time I called him to the time I picked up my car on a Sunday ! I was assured my car was in great hands. Not only did Rishi pick up my Audi from Kits are but he came to work and opened the shop on sunday to accomodate my arrival back from my holiday and had the car shined up and ready to go. I can honestly say that this has been the most painless auto experience I have ever had. Rishi took the time to guide me through the claim process as it was my first accident in a very long time. When I came to get the car, it looked brand new and I could tell it was polished or buffed because i don't remember ever having the paint look that good. All in all I want ... to thank the staff and the people who did the work on my car for an amazing job. Samantha was very pleasant on the phone and made the paperwork easy. I will not hesitate to reccommend this shop to my friends and family as they truly go above and beyond. To top it off..... I had a small scuff on my bumper and I asked Rishi if he could help so I brought it in to him on the long weekend and he took care of it himself..... on his day off. I very much appreciated the ability to drop off and pick up our truck after hours and his willingness to accommodate our schedule. The workmanship of the repair was also excellent. "I was very impressed with the "ease" of service. The operations manager not only met me at my dealership, somehow managed to pick the correct vehicle for me to drive ,and when he saw I was having difficulty backing out . . . .guided me through! All involved were professional, courteous and diligent. As a person with limited time, I really appreciated the lack of "hassle" and no need for individual follow up on my part. I would not hesitate to become a customer again if the need arises!"

Great service, very friendly staff, absolutely no complaints. I brought my car in in the morning for a windshield replacement. They took care of the paperwork for ICBC, dropped me off back at work and finished the job before the day was done. Would definitely come again.

"I drove up to Boyd to inquire on a windshield repair. I've had a few done in the last few years and always thought it was somewaht "fishy" that some didn't even offer a receipt for the $50-$75 it cost me. So I thought I would keep looking for a new place each time. I pulled in, went to the service desk.They immediately inspected it and took my vehicle in to do the repair...mentioning there "is no charge for windshield repairs". I was completely suprised and very happy to wait while speaking to the very professional and friendly Operations Manager, Rishi Bakshi, who spoke very highly of his company and their mission. For any future glas work I will most definitely be going to see Rishi again. A class act!"

Rishi Bakshi helped me with both my glass repair and my collison repair. As soon as i walked in, I felt truly welcomed. Rishi made sure I had a rental car and made sure all my needs were taken care of. He even waited after the shop was closed for me to come and pick up my car.
