I was very happy with the courtesy and level of professionalism demonstrated by the employees of the Richmond, Bridgeport location of Boyd. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently.I received it back sooner than I expected. The office staff kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle repairs without me having to call in and find out myself. My whole experience with Boyd in Richmond was great.I would definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family.

Waking up to a smashed window and ransacked car isn't fun. Dealing with thoughtful, kind person makes all the difference though in a bad situation. Samantha Tan was just that person. Every call I had with her was professional and courteous. She offered options for replacing the window and gave great detail of what was involved. My favorite service was coming to get my window taped and the glass vacuumed while waiting for my glass to arrive the next day. Then when I finally picked up my car two other employees had washed and cleaned it...it was sparkling! What a wonderful treat! Samantha's service though was exceptional. She showed me the second-hand glass before it was installed and personally reassured me that she checked the window once it was installed to make sure it opened and closed properly. Very good customer service they did a great job and I am very picky, but I was impressed they shined up my car with doing a great job on the interior,had my car back in days, very friendly from Samantha at the front when I first walked in, to Paolo and Joseph made it easier than I have ever experienced at a body shop before .I got a rental car right away with minimum waiting I was on my way within minutes I will definitely recommend this body shop to friends,family and co-workers.You made me a satisfied customer.Thanks guys you are awesome.

First time into collision, had no idea what to do. Found Boyd auto body shop near my restaurant. They guided me really good. Service is awesome, staff is friendly. On my first meeting they inspected my car and promise me to fix itwith in three days. I was amazed when they called me on third day in the morning just to give me updates on my car ( great customer service ). They also said that the car will be ready by afternoon and it was actually ready to go when i went there, no waiting or delays. I was impressed by the job they did. Pauolo is the guy to deal with you are awesome my friend. I would recommend anyone to go there if they want their cars to be taken good care of.

Everyone at Boyd Autobody at this location were friendly, very helpful and kept me up to date with the repairs that were being done. Samantha and Paulo were so wonderful that I will definately recommend this location to anyone else needing autobody done. The work was flawless and my car looks brand new again! Thanks guys.

Staff is very helpful (Joseph) - following up on regularly on the progress. End results are also great. Nice finish and they even cleaned the interior and polish the tire. Will go back again for future repairs.
