I went to this location to get a bumper repair and found the service excellent. I was greeted by Paolo who was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I received follow up calls from Joe to review issues and things got dealt with in a very efficient manner. The same goes for Samantha who was very helpful! The car looks great, well done! To the team at the bridgeport location... thank you very much! You made a daunting task into a easy job for me. What else can one ask for! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Wow, the service I got here was amazing. Paolo checked me in and arranged for Bill to give me a ride to a store whilst the work was being done. Ravi did the best job ever on my headlight restoration and Samantha was so nice, checking me out. Good old fashioned friendly service from all. Love it. I will recommend this procedure and definatly this branch of your company to others.

I went the location on 12211 Brideport Road in Richmond to get my windshield fixed and was helped by Joseph. The service was quick and efficient and he was very helpful. The repair was done by Bill, he did a great job and i've had no problems ever since. Highly recommend visiting this location for any of your needs!

I received exceptional service from the moment I contacted Boyd. I was unable to obatain a rental car because of the time of year but Samantha at Boyd went out her way in helping me find a vehicle at another car rental company. They even came to pick me up and take me to pick up the car. This type of customer service was not expected but greatly appreciated. The work done on my car was also exceptional. My car looked brand new after they fixed the damage. I would definitely recommend Boyd!

I had my bumper repaired at this Boyd Autobody at the Richmond location. It was my first time getting a repair from an auto body shop. So I was glad I picked the right place. When I first called in, the receptionist Samantha was very patient with all my questions. When I came to drop off my car, same representative (I believe) Samantha explained the paperwork and the procedures thoroughly. It was definitely hassle free, I was picked up and dropped off to pick up my courtesy car. After two days, Samantha called me to pick up the car. It was quick and efficient, my car looked clean and nice. Yet, there were some bird poops on my windows, Samantha quickly drove my car to the back and got it all cleaned. That was exceptional customer services. Kudos to Samantha and the other staff I didn't get to meet.
