I am writing to say thank you for the outstanding service I received after bringing in my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. It required some body work on the rear passenger side on the bumper and tail light area. The work was done within a couple of days and when they called for me to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was the repairs done much to my satisfaction, but they had buffed out existing minor scuffs and scratches, and also cleaned my truck inside and out. They definitely went above and beyond their service. If any future work is ever required on my vehicle, I won't hesitate to return back to this place. Outstanding service! Cheers.

I had my car stolen in front of my house, and the thieves had the car impounded, they were still at large when the call was given of the police impounding. Between intact auto insurance and the staff at Boyd's auto body my car was restored in a timely manor. The key's were weighing heavy on my mind , so it wasn't until I phoned the dealer that I realized that the thieves no longer had access to the car. Boyd's was complete and helpful and fast in the service I have received, The cars front and side bumper was restored because damaged occurred by the thieves joy ride for the 2 weeks the car was missing. The car thief having my key still was taxing because it was taken in front of my house, so I was in distress. Boyd's covered everything with me and made the the experienced a thing of the past.

I called Boyd the day before I took my vehicle in. Shattered sunroof due to softball and Neil was very patient and provided me with a time to come in the next day. I dropped my car off, Neil explained everything in full so I understood all the steps, and had the rental car pick me up within 15 mins. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am on Tuesday and had it back by 4:15 on Wednesday. Very impressed and did not recognize my car which was washed, wiped down, and vacuumed on the inside. It got the brand new car smell back. I would definitely visit Boyd again in hopes of dealing with Neil and his team. My expectations were far exceeded and I'm glad I remembered the radio commercials so I could make the right choice.
