I took my RAV 4 in for body repairs on Feb.29th and it was completed and ready for pick up on the 2nd of march. It was done faster than I anticipated. They not only did a professional job of the repairs but also cleaned my car both inside and out. The staff that I dealt with were at this location were more than courteous and helped me through my claim without any problems. I just wish I could find more businesses that have the level of professionalism that these people have. They will get all by future business in the future and I will be sure to tell my friends and family of how good these people are.

I had a windshield replacement done on insurance, and bodywork done at my cost. Excellent personal service and attention, fast turn around, and repairs done as expected. We have used this facility for many years and for several of our vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Reliable, honest, and customer satisfaction their goal. It shows.

Darci and Susan made me feel like I was vip. So nice and so prepared to cover my situation. Seriously loved the treatment and how they got me into a vehicle with ZERO hassle. Darci gave me special treatment which, who knows? He treated me so well but I get the vibe everyone gets vip. (Tight ship ) Susan dialed me into the rental car and was very sweet. Like I said. Vip. I will NEVER look to go or send anyone anywhere other than BOYD. This issue of mine became a solution Darcy had in one hand shake. The truck was so messed up and I forgot how cool the truck actually looked. The truck looks brand new and chicks actually look at me again.!!! ;) it's a bad truck for gas. But now she looks so good I'm cruisin with 'ego boost'. This service was far greater than the five stars you top out at. No lie. This kinda service makes one feel so ... important you can't help but brag. Tens stars for my forever 'go to guys' at BOYD !!! read more
