I stopped in last week (Wed June 4th) after calling in a damaged side mirror to ICBC. I didn't have an appointment but drove down to Boyd to see if they could help.Terry, your operations manager was first class. He immediately took care of my issue and gave me a range of options. I explained that I had an old car and was not sure I wanted to pay the $300 deductible. He took me through the claim processes, calling suppliers and pricing out all options for a manual after market mirror to the spec remote OEM part. While doing all this he had one of the guys in the shop go out and duct tape my mirror back on. What impressed me about Terry was his attentiveness to my needs and putting them first. It was he who finally suggested that if I was sensitive to spending my $300 deductible on an old car, that I just go with the duct tape for now and ... that the claim was good for 2 years. I took his advice and this solved my immediate problem. Even though I will probably get it fixed properly fairly soon (at Boyd), Terry solved my problem right on the spot, for free, and processed my claim providing me with all the options.First class service!! read more

Wow what a super job. Not only did they fix up the dented fender but they noticed that the power steering fluid was low and topped it up. Great service, Wow!

I already had a very very good experience with customer service and quality auto body repair a couple of years ago at Boyd on 3rd in New Westminster. Once more this year, I was super-impressed with how professional, customer friendly, and quick the whole service. Work was completed within 3 days when I was expecting a couple of weeks! In particular, I thank Terry for being very reassuring and sharing his knowledge on the repair work. Of course, no one wants to have any collision but I highly recommend the team at this location for they truly helped make my collision experience a far less painful one.

Wow, I am impressed. These guys were above average and I highly recommend this location, I will recommend this Auto Glass service. Drive the distance, go a bit farther but get to this location. A supper happy customer and a Friday afternoon on a long week end. They fixed my broken windshield. I will be back and friendly, honest. Boyd auto body are lucky to have these guys working for them. I will be back!!!

Everything very fast and easy and repairs were done quickly. They went the extra length to see that the entire repair was covered by insurance. When I got the car back it was cleaner inside and out than it has been since I bought it.
