went to get some chips in my windshield repaired, no appointment and although they were busy i was looked after right away in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect would describe my experience at the New Westminster shop. Terry Kinamore gave good suggestions which I followed, they finished the repairs in 2 days rather than the estimated 3, and I was treated well by him, reception, and the driver who transported me home and later picked me up (and didn't mind my little dog with me). Thank you so much for a good experience in a time of trouble. And oh yes, the car was perfectly repaired, cleaned inside, and washed!

They have done fabulous job on repairing my car and they repaired my car earlier than i expected . Terry explained me on what they have done on my car which was very helpful for me . Everything was excellent and perfect.

Back in 2007 I had Boyd Autobody do a collision repair on my '05 Chrysler Crossfire. Recently, when a computer failed on the car the problem was traced back to a water leak at the site of the original repair. I was concerned that after all this time that the company would not honour it's guarantee. I was wrong!. Not only did Boyd repair the leaky area they also sourced a replacement computer, installed and tested it at no charge! Some companies offer a guarantee but don't deliver, but Boyd Auto Body and Glass certainly did. I must also mention that they cleaned my car inside and out, provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired and made several calls to Chrysler Corp to ensure the repairs were done correctly. I brought my car to Boyd New West with two separate insurance collision claims. Terry handled both claims with excellent precision and in a timely manner. He also paid for the extra day of car rental that I needed as I was out of town- VERY MUCH appreciated! Door lock and front bumper needed a little extra work and Terry was happy to fix that weeks later. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend Terry and Boyd New West in the future.

Terry right away helped me out by letting me know I still had some things to iron out with ICBC, even without knowing the history of the reason I was there. Then not only did his team take care of my claim, but they also buffed out some scratches, fixed my windshield chip, and cleaned my van inside and out, for free! Did I mention they did this all in a day and a half?! My husband has a chip in his window too, so I'll be booking with them ASAP on their current groupon! They got us for life!
