My 81 year old father recently had the rear end of his Cadillac repaired at the Maple Ridge location. I have looked over the repairs and the car looks brand new again, the paint looks great, it was detailed inside and even the tires were shined up. It is nice to see people pay attention to details. The service I received was top notch. I was asked to go to this location by ICBC because of some poor workmanship at another bodyshop in Maple Ridge that made a mess of my vehicle. The staff in Maple Ridge did a great job of repairing the bad work done by the other shop, I will recommend them to everyone I know

The service that I received by the Assistant Manager Navin L, was impeccable. I had dealt with him at his previous location in New West. I had gone there initially and heard that he had gone to the Maple Ridge Location. I remembered his first class service that I received from him then and made that extra effort to go out to Maple Ridge and deal with him again. He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand and was with me until the end. He gave me undivided attention thru out the whole process and kept me informed as time went along. and made me feel like he actually appreciated my business. The service was quick easy and more or less painless. I received my vehicle back better brighter and it looked even better then the first day off the lot Thank you for your amazing job and for going that extra mile.
