I am thrilled with the level of service I received from Maple Ridge Boyd Autobody this week. Not my first great experience at this autobody shop. Darcy and staff looked after me exceptionally well. They provided me with a clean loaner vehicle that was ready on time when I arrived to drop off my truck.. They made an effort to repair my vehicle as economically as possible - I was pleasantly surprised to find the final invoice to be over $100 lower than the agreed quotation. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the invoice was ready and my vehicle was polished clean and ready to drive away - in and out in minutes. These are great people, focused on pleasing their customers. Outstanding experience overall. Thank-you Boyd Maple Ridge.

I had the best experience possible when my car was repaired at Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. My car was assessed and the claim was processed and approved within 24 hours. The significant repairs were completed with my car only being in the shop for one day( during which I was provided with a courtesy car). The shop manager, Darcy H., was courteous, understanding, and efficient. I could not be happier with the service i received.

He explained everything and ind included me in the process as well as asking my approval on certain things along the way. I am very happy with the prompt service given to myself regarding our Mazda 5 repairs to drivers door and passenger. My experience was nothing but 100 % in service and respect to me as a customer. Thank you all staff. Especially the Manager. Extremely helpful and cost effective in my request after the first repair. The car was also cleaned and i truly appreciate the service. Rec'd. claim # from insce. Co. Mon, Mar.16th - called Boyd - took vehicle in on Tues.Mar.17th . I was really upset with myself re: the damage I had done to my van - Navin L. treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He understood how important this vehicle is to me despite it's age. Navin convinced the insce. Co. the vehicle is low mileage and has been cared for - therefor worth repairing. I am truly grateful he went that extra mile. He also arranged for a replacement vehicle with no delay. Darcy H. made me feel much better about my accident - told me they were in the business of repairing vehicles AND damaged egos.. He knows his business! I had my van back - perfectly repaired on Friday afternoon. Such good service ! I want to thank as well, the technicians in the back, who, it would seem are very good at their jobs and probably ... don't get a lot of recognician. My wife's car is a 20 year old Honda Civic that's in very good shape. It was accidentally backed into by a neighbor and Boyd did a wonderful job of restoring it. The color was blended and they buffed up the rest of the car. Kudos to Boyd Autobody!!!

The door handle on our car came off (passenger side-front). We took it to where we bought the car and they quoted us a couple hundred dollars for labour, paint, etc. When I took the car in to Boyd, they quoted $105. No paint needed. I dropped to car off, and when I came to pick it up I was told I wasn't going to be charged at all! It was an easy fix for them, and they made it work in the most efficient way. I was so happy with their customer service I will definitely be taking it there again.
