I spoke to Jb the assistant manager about the damages to my car. He provided excellent service beyond call of duty. He went out of his way to come to my home in Abbotsford, gather some info and take pictures...later that day he called me with a few appointment dates to bring the car in. However it's very difficult for me to get away from work and drive to Maple Ridge...Jb didn't give up there...He offered to meet me at my work at 1030pm on a weekday to make the swap for a courtesy car and sign a few papers. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. You just don't get that kind of first class service anymore. Not only that I was properly informed with updates throughout the week by Darcy & Susan about how the repairs are coming along. When the repairs were completed Jb brought the car back to me to Abbotsford. When I received my car back it had been fully ... detailed. His team did amazing work. Normally internal feedback isn't regarded as valid, however I thought in this case it was very valid and important for me to relay my experience. As a former tech I have never allowed anyone to fix any of my cars before, this was the first time I had to do so and was very reluctant. I must say that the repairs themselves were the best I have seen, having reviewed thousands of repairs and claims over the years, North America wide this to me is a very impactful statement. The finish and workmanship inside the trunk area was a factory original as the outside. I can honestly say I could have not done a better job myself. The other WOW is that the Manager Darcy was away on vacation when this process started and to his credit, the system and culture built into this location was such that everyone knew exactly what do to, what the expectation ... was and wasn't imperative that Darcy be here in order for everything to run smoothly. This has always been one of my greatest measures of success, how well does your staff perform in your absence. I spoke to JB k. about the damages to my car. He provided excellent service above and beyond anything I expected. Provided me with a courtesy car. When I received my car back it had been fully cleaned. JB and his team had removed any garbage from my car. I had a stain in my trunk from a substance I spilled a while back and they even took care of that for me. Incredible service all around. I would like to thank Jb K. and his team for the incredible work and service that they provided me with.

Darci and Susan made me feel like I was vip. So nice and so prepared to cover my situation. Seriously loved the treatment and how they got me into a vehicle with ZERO hassle. Darci gave me special treatment which, who knows? He treated me so well but I get the vibe everyone gets vip. (Tight ship ) Susan dialed me into the rental car and was very sweet. Like I said. Vip. I will NEVER look to go or send anyone anywhere other than BOYD. This issue of mine became a solution Darcy had in one hand shake. The truck was so messed up and I forgot how cool the truck actually looked. The truck looks brand new and chicks actually look at me again.!!! ;) it's a bad truck for gas. But now she looks so good I'm cruisin with 'ego boost'. This service was far greater than the five stars you top out at. No lie. Well three times in three months I have had my truck repaired here. Three separate accidents, one was mine two others were due to other people. No matter what happened this facility led by Darcy with support of JB and Susan did another remarkable job on my truck. Best place ever to get work done. I was very impressed with the way JB at Boyd handled the process to repair my truck. He was thorough and professional. He explained the estimate and lived up to the commitment of having my truck ready when he said it would be. A courtesy car was provided which was a huge help and knowing I was not going through insurance, he keep the cost reasonable and did not deviate from that amount upon completion. The truck is perfect and you would never know there was ever any damage. It was even vacuumed inside which goes above my expectations. I hope I won't need to use their service again for a long time but if I do, I won't hesitate to take myvehicle there again. I would highly recommend them.

Wow. Fantastic service. After I had some previous work done I noted that my expectations were exceeded. How to top that? Well I put a ding in my rear quarter panel and thought it would take some 3-4 days to repair. Darcy JB, Susan and their team far exceeded my expectations on the repair AGAIN, but this time through the holidays allowing us to be on our way earlier than thought. Quality is exceptional. Best shop ever. All my thanks to Boyd in Maple Ridge!!
