Staff are very friendly. They were able to schedule me in right away and were able to get a courtesy vehicle for me. The repairs were great and vehicle nice and clean. They even went over everything that was repaired.

Excellent customer service! Very accomodating to my schedule. Very friendly and fast service. They even take time to answer my silly questions. The manager always comes out to great me which doesn't happen anywhere else. They sent me a text when my truck was ready. The shop did an excellent job on the hood and lock repair. My car was very clean outside and inside. The curtosy car was clean. Very happy with my service and will only go here to get my car fixed. I tease them that we are becoming best friends as I have had to visit them twice in the last little while. Thanks for all your hard work!

I called craftsman collision and they told me it would be two weeks until I could get an appointment for them to look at my car and then I would have to make another appointment for them to fix my door and it would be about $75-$100. I decided to call Boyd instead and they told me to come down whenever I could no appointment needed. When I arrived there Duane took the time out of his already busy day to help me. He did an amazing job on my car and I wasn't charged for his time . He turned my bad day into a good one. Thank you so much Duane I will definitely be back for any future repairs and will recommend you to my friends:) Sincerely,

The service and staff was outstanding. The repairs were excellent. The repairs were done the following day after dropping the car off. I was not able to pick my car up as I was away and the Boyd team were able to drop off my car at my residence so it was there when I arrived home. Thanks a lot.. Great job. Would use them again in the future and will advise my friends and family of the great service and workmanship.

I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT CFRATSMAN COLLISION AND THE SERVICE WAS AWEFUL AND I HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES. I have never had to deal with icbc, or an auto body place for an accident. I was already devastated to find out my car was hit while I was inside a store shopping, let alone now dealing with icbc,the repairs, how I was going to get to work in the meantime, and who to trust to fix my car. I was referred to pick Boyd by family, and I was so happy I did. I just got home with my car, and it looks amazing. I had no idea how much care they'd put into my car! It's washed, it's detailed, and the repairs look even better than I could have hoped for. It looks better than the day I bought it! JB, Sue, and Darcy were so kind and helpful from day one (and I was a stresscase over all of this!) JB was my main contact and told me not to stress. He contacted my adjuster numerous times for me so I could just get to work and focus on that, and on days off, ... have no worries with dealing with my car. I am so beyond happy with their care, customer service, the work, and even just having them tell me everything going to be OK as a friend would, im beyond impressed.
