Both times I've gotten work done at this location I have been beyond impressed with the work that they do; ranging from the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff, to the top quality repair work that the garage staff put out! I was also very impressed with how quickly they managed to get my car back to me, especially considering how great of quality the repairs were! If I could rate this Boyd location higher I would! Definitely coming back here if I ever hit another raccoon??

Yet again I find myself at Boyd Auto body in Maple Ridge due to being rear ended last Friday. When I called to ask what to do, Sue was amazing!! She told me to bring in my Escape & that Branden was available to take a look at it right away. Branden was super professional, called a guy out from the shop to take a look & he (sorry I didn't catch your name) calmed my fears, about driving my vehicle for a couple of days. It must have been my 'lucky' day, because Branden had received a cancellation for the following Monday & was able to fit me in, with a courtesy car!! I was kept up to date during the week my vehicle my vehicle was in, which I really appreciate. Today I got the call that my Escape was ready to pick up!! I don't know if it's a good thing that Darcy remembers me or not, but it makes me feel like a valued customers ... & that is why I send everyone I know to this location! The customer service is amazing & the work their mechanics do is second to none!! Thanks again to everyone who worked on my Escape this past week! Hope I don't see you soon...lol read more

My car was repaired (bumper/fender etc. replaced.) speedily, looks great and was ready when promised. Having given B old A & B more business than I care to remember over the past many years, I am always impressed by the courtesy and good humour of the reception, management and other staff. somehow you manage to make a driver who has scraped the garage door, or missed a curb, or done some else incredibly foolish -- feel better than they did when first coming in to your office! Thank you for all that and for your good work!
