10/10 service by Darcy H, Operations Manager. I took the family car in that I had scraped. As a small woman in her 20s I get anxious at automotive centers as I have been taken advantage of before, but my experience as Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge was exactly the opposite. Everyone was so sweet, we made friendly jokes around about my mishap and even when I gave them a very short time frame for them to do the work, they were unfazed and completed the repair even sooner than I anticipated! I'm so happy with the work on the bumper (and the fact that my dad will never know a thing) but I'm even happier with the level of professionalism and quality of service I was shown. Along with Mr. Howe there was another woman who was equally excellent and so kind and helpful. I think her name was Susan R. I'm going to recommend this location to everyone ... in the future and return there myself. Hopefully not with my parents car next time! Thank you Darcy and Susan, you guys rock! read more

Very pleased with the repair to my vehicle. Called them on Fri before long weekend, they booked me in for Tuesday and I had my car by the following Monday. Staff very friendly and helpful. An employee drove me to pick up the rental when that company said they would send a taxi. Will definitely recommend this shop.

I'm super happy with the repair and pleasant service at Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Darcy and Susan. This is the third car I have brought in for repair over the years, with awesome results as always Definitely better than expected The car needed both front and back ends replaced and painted after a hit and run. It looked so good when I picked it up that I actually called back to ask if they had clear coated the entire car. Apparently not - but it looks amazing.

I must say the employees at the Maple Ridge location have restored my faith should I ever need to use a body shop again. From the drop off to the pick up, I felt my expectations and concerns were taken seriously and respected. The work was done at a very competitive rate, done quickly (got a next day appointment) and neatly (vacuumed all the broken glass).
