I would like to say thank you for the wonderful service I got from Mr. David B. He deserved to be Location Manager of that branch. I went to your location with no body or even auto glass repair. I went there in that location for emergency as my vehicle ( van ) side door cannot be closed that time besides that time the weather was windy with very high wind chill. Last Jan 30, Thursday my van was serviced and will excellent customer service. I will defenitely recommend this location to my friends and relatives. Thank you very much.

Having one's car damaged is always painful, and makes one cranky if it isn't fixed quickly. I bring my car to Boyd Autobody & Glass because I know I'm going to get quick and professional service. Katherine Kennedy and her staff make sure it's done right; and if there's something unexpected during repairs, one can rely on Katherine to give you the straight goods. I can't imagine going anywhere else for autobody and glass work.

A panel behind my wheel well came loose. I popped in to this location to see if someone could replace the pin/screw that holds it in place. It was a Friday evening at 5:15 (they close at 6). One of your employees came out in the bitter cold, asked me to wait inside. The staff inside were friendly and chatty. The employee that looked over my vehicle went out replaced the screw and when I asked what the charge was, the reply was "no charge". I thanked them and was on my way inside 15 minutes. I regret not paying closer attention to their names, but they were friendly and professional over a very small job indeed.

Rob and Jeremy were excellent front line people. I really felt that they had my interests at heart. I received calls almost immediately asking if I needed assistance with a car rental. That was arranged promptly by Jeremy. My vehicle had been towed to compound and was not seen by an adjuster for a number of days. Jeremy called immediately as soon as they received my car. I was called twice weekly with updates. I picked up my vehicle today and am completely satisfied with the outcome. The car was clean inside and out. Congratulations Pembina Boyd Autobody Team for your fine service. I will not hesitate to recommend your business.

I was in Boyd yesterday and received amazing service. I had Matthew helping me at the front desk he was every knowledgeable about the service that they offered and answered all my questions. I just went in to get a quote for my car door handle he took a quick look at my handle brought Chris out his tech and had it fix in 10mins there was nothing broken just slipped out of place. The service was great and professional I booked an appointment to have my bumper fix. Thanks Guys keep up the Great work!
