"I called in to get a rear window replaced... The quote was almost 500 dollars, then told i cant get in for at least 2 weeks. I called crystal glass and was quoted 300 - appointment one hour later. While at crystal I got a call from alta glass who quoted me 220... Crystal matched it on the spot. I can't understand why you guys are booked for 2 weeks at your rip off prices, I for one will never spend so much as a red penny at your store, and I am going to make sure everyone I know does not either.
