Excellent communication. Despite extreme delays from sgi for authorization, kept me in the loop, continued to press sgi, generally did all they could. Also arranged for me to return my rental car to a location nearby, saving me an hour's time. Kim was my main contact there and she was unfailingly friendly and helpful. I am singing Boyd's praises to all and sundry. The work was well done, but I expected that. The rest was extra.

I had the pleasure with dealing with Mike S. and he was professional, courteous and provided a quick estimate and worked within my time line to have the vehicle fixed. They made sure my vehicle was in as soon as possible, and ready quickly, providing me with a rental vehicle in the meantime so I could continue on with my with business and daily life. Have taken my Dodge Nitro in for repairs after setting up an appointment over the phone. The customer service was great in dealing with the paper-work, the car-rental company ( Boyd took care of that too, in collaboration with my insurance company), the initial inspection of the car and the final inspection after the repairs. The manager, Deanna Sullivan has gone the extra mile on ordering a small plastic part that did not fit back on the rear wipper blade after the repairs and personally put it on when I went back to pick it up. There were no misunderstandings, no extra calls, no wasted time...everything was done with professionalism and with a great attitude. The car was cleaned inside out and spotless when I went to pick it up after the repairs. The color match was as good as it gets, and the the allignment of the rear door was ... perfect.
