Boyd met my expectations, and beyond. Joe L. worked with me, while I was traveling abroad. We were able to correspond over different time zones, and he kept me updated about the repair and costs. Most importantly, Joe made all of the arrangements so my car ready before I came back from my trip. They went beyond their call of duties and they waxed my car. The transition from dropping off my car to getting it back was seamless. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Boyd Bridge Port to friends and others.

From the time I waked in everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was mostly looked after by the assistant manager Russell F. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed about what was happening with my repairs along the way. He made a few courtesy calls to me to ensure that there were no surprises when I showed up to get my vehicle back after repairs. This was very considerate and stood out as excellent customer service. I would recommend my friends and family to bring their vehicles to this particular location as Russell has displayed the highest level of professionalism that I have come across in a long time. The repairs are flawless and completed in a very timely manner. It was important for me to have my truck returned in a timely fashion as this is a key component to my livelihood. Really impressed with Boyd Autobody and the repairs they have done to my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. The repairs were all completed within 1 day..WOW That's crazy fast. The front office staff is brilliant, they took care of me start to finish. Till next time Surrey Boyd... hopefully not soon
