Chris was very professional during my inspection and gave great advice and even fixed a few bumps and scratches that weren't even part of my accident. Wendy went above and beyond and even meet me on her day off so I could get my car back a day early. An amazing experience I would highly recommend this location for any auto body repair.

I recently had some vehicle body repair work done post rear-ender. Boyd staff was personable and polite. Bodywork was excellent and done very fast. Car was washed and detailed after as well. Great job all around. Extremely satisfied and will recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass to everyone needing this type of work. Keep it up

Very happy with the work done on my Mazda SUV. It is the fourth time I've taken this vehicle to Boyd's for four different accidents. Have been very happy with their work every time. I will deal with Boyd's in the future if needed, but would hope to avoid future accidents.

My car went into the Richmond location on Monday and was ready first thing on Friday. The shop performed insured and uninsured work on my car. I dealt with three members of the staff at the location: Samantha (telephone/reception), Joseph (assistant manager), and Paolo (general manager). They were courteous and professional. Most of my dealings were with Joseph: three meetings in person and three telephone calls. Joseph gave me timely updates on the expected completion time. He was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining the various processes. He is an asset to your company. He was able to give me a very good rate on the uninsured work that I paid for out of my own pocket.
