Excellent Service and my poor car looks like a brand new off the lot machine. The staff were courteous and professional. I came in, they looked at the damage, got the estimate and approval from ICBC. Booked the car in, I got to drive a loaner car for 10 days; fixed the front end. Beautiful results. I would recommend this branch to anyone that needed to have their car fixed.

Chris and Wendy were both absolutely amazing throughout my cars repair. It was the first accident I had to deal with on my own, and it was so easy with those two helping me. You can tell they both really care about their jobs, and honestly want the customers to have a good experience. I have a fairly stressful life and they made the absence of my own car a breeze, from their willingness to answer questions, to ensuring I had a way to get around. Wendy was such a sweetheart, and talked me through absolutely everything. Chris and his team made my car look pristine, from the actual job to the detailed cleaning. I'm so happy with their service, and I'll absolutely be going back to them if I ever need to. Thank you Boyd for such a great experience!

Excellent Service!! I was very impressed with this company. Very professional, courteous staff. They did a beautiful job on my car done and had it done the very next day! Loaner car was great. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this company if you need auto body or glass work done on your car. A++.

Outstanding. Prompt attention, thorough explanation, all details and extra hurdles handled (such as arranging courtesy car), with precise times and estimates. Relatively small shop, which adds to the personal service and trust that this is a first class operation.

Excellent repairs (even beautiful!). Superior explanation of their work by someone with experience; no bureaucracy. I visited two good repair shops, and Boyd's really stood out by comparison. Although the price and work were similar, Boyd's "attitude" was trustworthy and the customer service were really excellent.

I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT CFRATSMAN COLLISION AND THE SERVICE WAS AWEFUL AND I HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES. I WAS RECCOMENDED BOYD AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, EMPLOYEES KEPT INCONTACT WITH ME, MANAGER GREETED ME AT THE DOOR AND I FELT VERY WELCOMED WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK IT LOOKED BRAND NEW, SUPER CLEAN! GREAT JOB!!!!!!

If there was an option to give more stars, I would. The Sooke Rd Boyd was fantastic. Wendy was so lovely and helpful. She made the process of getting my car repaired incredibly easy, and didn't laugh at me when I called and asked how to open up the gas cover !! Absolutely wonderful.
