When I picked up my vehicle a few minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon I was helped by a friendly professional employee and given a beautifully repaired and cleaned! vehicle. Couldn't have been more pleased with experience start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience with Boyd. My vehicle was violently vandalized and extensively damaged. The Boyd group did an incredible job of repairing and restoring my vehicle (new hood, new roof, new windshield etc). They went above and beyond by offering me a courtesy car (despite my insurance not covering it), repainting an old scratch on my bumper, and even fixing an air conditioning issue, not to mention the extensive repairs from the vandalism. I had a great, professional experience and would recommend Boyd to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

I just wanted the management to know what great people work at your shop. I went to your shop to get an estimate for a scratch that was on the driver side of my door. I was extremely upset as it was a brand new car and the scratch was made by someone who broke into our car port and stole something and scratched my car in the process. When I got to your shop, it was closed. Two men were still there working there. Ali asked me if he could help with anything. I told him about my car. He went to take a look at it and asked me to drive it into the shop. He got a cloth and much to my surprise he got rid of the scratch. Somehow he buffed it out. I could not believe it. I was so happy, thrilled actually. He didn't charge me anything for his service. This to me is" First Class Customer Service". Not only have you made me a future ... customer, but have already recommended you to my friends and co-workers. Thank you so very much again!!! With all due respect, I tend to believe that autobody shops charge me more than what's necessary. I visited Kirmac ,which was right next to this Boyd location, first for quotation and it was way over than what I was expected. Not to mention that I had to wait for a bit. So I went to Boyd right after for another quote. Mike the manager however, not only helped me instantly, but also provided me way lower quote and tips for saving more bucks. I've never had this honest & professional experience from autobody shops ever. I can trust him and this will be my go-to place from now on. Cheers and all the best!

These people are amazing. Jamie and Wendy were so friendly, accommodating, and understanding. The repairs on my car were done quickly and perfectly, and they gave me a courtesy car to get me to work & back while they had my vehicle. They even waited for me when I brought it back a few minutes late! Thank you Boyd, I'll be coming back here for any other collision or glass repairs my car may need in the future. :)
