Evan H. and the team provided excellent quality and super fast service. Told me the car should be done within 5 business days and I got a phone call within 2 days saying it was all completed! I couldnt even get there quick enough to grab the car as they were so fast! Professional work done and all the employees are eager and happy to help. I will only be going to BOYD going forward for any car repair needs and will be only recommending them. Thanks you!

Hats off to Amrit, Phenix and the whole staff of Boyd 6th street. Originally I was scheduled in another branch but by mistake I brought my car in 6th street branch. At first we were all confused as they cannot find my booking but still they accepted me. Amrit and Phenix was very welcoming. From day 1 of bringing my car up to the day it was finished (really looked brand new) Phenix didn't fail to update me from time to time. I also highly appreciate Amrit's effort on trying to lessen my deductible although unfortunately it can't be done as per the claim report record of ICBC. Overall 6th street team nailed it. You will never regret having your car fix in this shop with these kind of people, your car is very secured. Thank you Amrit and Phenix and to the staff. Highly recommended. ????

I have called Boyd for a number of repairs over the years and have always been impressed with their level of client service and professionalism. Today I went in for a simple glass chip repair on the windshield. Fix was completed complimentary (no impact to my insurance) while I waited about 15 minutes. Will continue to use Boyd in the future. Great job! Your staff are wonderful caring people. I know they are super busy but they had my car ready in two weeks. All the repairs look like brand new. definitely a 5 star review--my driver's side window/frame was hit by a big falling branch during the snow a couple of weeks ago. I contacted the Richmond location the morning of discovering the damage. I was able to take the car in at 2:00 pm on Nov.29th (other place said they could not even look at it until the 16th of December. The staff vacuumed the entire interior --removing glass and checking the child care seats to ensure no fragments remained. The driver's window was secured with heavy duty plastic. The staff phoned me on Thursday to say ICBC had approved the repairs and I had an appt on Monday the 5th of December. A rental car was at the shop and the staff transferred the 2 baby/child car seats to the rental car. I got a call on Thurs. Dec. 8th saying the work was done.....I picked up my car --the staff again transferred the car ... seats again ensuring they were secure. Wow - such an excellent job ---every part that needed to be repaired/replaced was perfect along with painting of the areas. I have no knowledge about cars, but what the staff were able to do gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who, unfortunately, needs their services read more

Boyd's Auto Body restored my Honda Fit to a condition better than its original one. They even repaired minor damage that was not part of the work for which they were being reimbursed. Peter Smith provided exceptional customer service and is a key reason I have returned to this auto body shop more than once for repairs. He was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and made good on all the commitments that were made. I know I can expect the very best quality of work from this repair shop and they have never disappointed. Hats off to all their mechanics and technicians and a heartfelt thanks!

Great service! Staff were friendly, service was timely and wow, they cleaned my car after they repaired it. Sometimes kind gestures like that goes a long way!
