We were extremely impressed with the fast and efficient service at the Richmond location. From the first phone call to inquire about services to the time we picked up our car, we received excellent service. All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. You also can't beat the lifetime warranty! If we are unfortunate enough to need their services again, we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this location of Boyd.

"I was extremely pleased by the wonderful service that I received from Robin Soni, on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. I realized that the office was closed on Saturday, but sent an email to Boyd's to inform them of my problem, and that my car was towed away by Busters before I had an opportunity to collect several things from my vehicle. I was NOT comfortable with it being towed to a storage lot. I reported this and all the details in my email. To my surprise a few minutes later I received a call from Robin, who graciously made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and move it for safe keeping to Boyd's location. Being on a Saturday, on short notice, I was relieved and thankful to receive this "above and beyond" service. I have had 3 repairs done at Boyd on John st it has been very professional and the repairs have been exceptionally well done. The office staff (Michelle ) is highly professional and exceptionally knowledgable making an unpleasant task easy and non stressful. The car was return very clean and nothing was over looked to make it look like show room condition when i picked it up. The estimator Glenn check all details to make sure it was done to perfection. Operations Manager and staff was very friendly and very co-operative. Great Service and knew what the procedures for doing our collision claim. If there was a problem with the paint work and we were not satisfied. They took our car and re-do in a very reasonable time schedule. Not bad at all. Did our work in a very timely matter. Thanks and I would recommend their service.

I wanted to quickly give some feedback regarding an employee at your Richmond/Bridgeport location. Rishi, great guy and excellent service. I was in a jam and needed my rear breaks done, he was kind enough to point me in the right direction. I ended up saving a ton of money from him doing so! I will always come back to Boyds for any future repair needs. Thanks.

My wife and I were very pleased with the overall service from the Operations Manager, Richie Bakshi. This was our first time dealing with Boyd, and it came after a very good recommendation from my friends and family who have dealt with Richie in the past at Boyd Autobody. I was away on my honeymoon and left the car with Richie. I was very happy with his professionalism. As per my request, he emailed me updates on the progress of the vehicle which gave me and my wife a peace of mind. Furthermore, it was ready to be picked up the day that we returned from our holiday. Because of my experience in dealing with Richie, and the quality and service we received from the staff, we are going to come back in the future for all collision and glass repair.

Fantastic service. I was promised my car by a certain time and they went out of their way to keep that promise. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The job looks great. I would definitely recommend Boyd to any of my friends. We are return customers from years ago when it was Dean Bros.
