"This is the second time I have had to come to Boyd. The service was quick, friendly and the whole process was hassle free. They even washed my car and cleaned it inside, as a bonus. The receptionist was very welcoming and the sales rep was great at explaining all of the work that was going to be completed, as well as provide multiple quotes for various repairs. The first time I visited was a case of "above and beyond." I ended up requiring a part instead of a repair and opted to fix it myself. The sales rep, even though she knew there would be no business at that moment, provided me the place to get the part. To top it off, when I got my car back after they had looked at it, they has vacuumed all of the glass out and taped up my window! Had some window tint work done on a company car. Fast and efficient service .Car was ready ahead of time , and they arranged for a rent a car on top. The car was cleaned and washed before I picked it up. Great Service so will always come back . All of the staff were very friendly and very knowlegeable

My car was broken into and I brought it to Boyd to repair the damage. They did a great job and even fixed a couple of other chips free which was a great ending to a bad situation. Customer Service was great - quick, prompt and responsive.

Called in the morning after my car got broken into. They had me in that Tues and got it back on Fri. Very reasonable considering they had to paint the passenger side door. The shop was clean and looked inviting unlike other bodyshops I've been to in the past.Excellent professional service provided by Matt at drop off and pick-up. The glass was replaced and paint color match and quality of workmanship was excellent. They also went ahead and touched up some other scratches further along the body at no extra charge which was a bonus. I'm very satisfied and will be a returning customer if unfortunate damage were to occur again to any of my vehicles. Keep up the good service. Thanks

From the moment I brought my damaged car to Boyd for the initial estimate until the moment I picked up my perfectly repaired car, I received outstanding service. Everybody I met at Boyd Autobody was friendly, courteous, and super helpful. From wiping the scrape marks off my car at the time of the initial estimate to making me a coffee while I waited for my wife to come and get me, it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. And I am a very satisfied customer. Finally, I give my special appreciation to Michele and Jamie who made me feel a lot less bad about having damaged my car!

The work done on my Acura RDX was superb! The Boyd staff were professional and friendly in every respect. I especially appreciated the detailing done on the interior before returning my car to me.

"I was extremely impressed with the work done on my "wounded" Honda Civic. The Boyd crew were pleasant to deal with, and guided me through my options, resulting in a completely restored vehicle, meticulously detailed inside and out. The personal service was over and above what I expected, and better than I have received anywhere for a very long time. The car looks like new! Thanks especially to Glenn and Michele."

Had two chips in my window and Rishi Bakshi whom i met at mayfair lakes golf course told me to come see him at Boyd to get it repaired, he assisted me and also explained how the chip occures and how its filled, i appreciated his assistance and the help of his boyd team. thanks

I have never had such great service before. All my questions were answered in detail and all the information I needed was provided to me with specifics when I called. I didn't feel unsure or doubtful of the service I was getting. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly, they had someone drive me to work as I left my vehicle there for the day to get fixed, and he even offered to pick me up after. Rose Kumar is awesome. I received a message the next day to make sure I got my car ok and that I was happy with everything. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I work with. Thank you so much Rose.

I was in a car accident and chose Boyd Autobody to repair my car. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and ended up being written off by ICBC. However, I found everyone I dealt with there to be extremely nice and helpful - especially Robin Soni. I would definitely come back to this location if I ever found myself in a situation like this again.
