BC - 2663 Sooke Rd, Langford - 8/25/13

This feedback is in regard to Wendy & Chris at the Sooke Rd location. I had just hung up the phone with my insurance company telling me that they were going to let Boyd's know that I was going to be booking an auto body repair appointment. About three minutes later, Wendy from Boyd's contacted me by phone to provide information regarding next steps and the appointment. She was friendly, accommodating and very informative. I've never had to use Boyd's for anything before, so it was quite the first impression. My second encounter with Boyd's was with Chris when I dropped my car off for its appointment. I was on a work break and when I arrived, Chris was friendly, prompt and got me a lender car quickly. The hand over was easy and I was able to do it without taking any extra time from work. Then I was impressed with the constant follow ... up. When there was something delaying my car from being completed, I received a phone call and explanation which was nice because it did not leave me wondering. Finally, when I picked my car up, both Wendy and Chris were there and again friendly. My car was returned, the work on it looked great and my car was cleaned. The service was excellent. I am very satisfied with repairing my car. My car was so ugly after the car accident, but they made it like new one.The assistant manager Russel Frost was so kind and did a great job. I appreciate him for the service..

I had glass and autobody work done from an accident. The customer service was absolutely second to none! I can't thank all the foks at the West 73rd location enough for all of htheir efforts, the service was truly amazing. Professional, courteous, fast, and everyone went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. Thank you thank you thank you - my family and I will never go anywhere else for auto or glass repair. Loyal customers for life - the Graham family :)

Thank you so much for the friendly and quick service, Robin Soni! I especially appreciated your cooperation with your neighbour, Granville and Avery Automotive, where we were getting other work done. Having two young children in tow, and a million things to organize before the start of the school year, it was so helpful not to have to come in myself to transfer our car from one place to the other. Thank you for making the process as easy as possible. And then to have the work done by the end of the same day and the car washed as well went beyond my expections. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and are happy to have you in our community (Marpole). We would definately return should we have further need of autobody or glass work and we will recommend the Marpole Boyd Autobody and Glass to our friends.

The staff I dealt with (Robin and Rose) went beyond my expected level of service. I was going out of town the next day and Rose was able to get me into a new courtesy car so my travel plans were not interrupted. My car had been towed to the dealership the night before and there was a big mix up about where my car actually was! Robin assured me he would sort it out and he did. I was offered a ride from the train to the shop in order to pick up the courtesy car and my car was fixed and spotless within 5 working days. I am impressed with the level of customer service and the friendly atmosphere at this shop. I would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks
