Chelsea is amazing. She is friendly, and courteous. The work on my car is great. I had to switch my car seats from the rental car to my car and I had both my daughter's with me. I asked if I could leave them inside while I did that. Chelsea sat them down and gave them something to colour. My oldest daughter loves to draw and she was was really happy as was I. Her service is just outstanding. Thank you again Chelsea and Boyd auto body for the great service.

Had my windshield replaced after a rock chip spread into a full blown crack all the way across. Rishi and his team took great care of me, service was prompt and professional. He made the whole process as simple as can be. He even arranged for the service to be done while I worked, with rides back and forth from work. I would like to thank you for your service it was outstanding. My oldest daughter Audrie said that you were very nice and cute too. I really appreciate you giving her some paper to draw on it is her favorite thing to do. While I was swapping the car seats over from the rental car to my car. I was a little worried switching from the Coquitlam branch to the New west one but you Chelsea made all the difference. I couldn't be happier and my car looks great!

I was involved in a rear-end collision which was not my fault. Boyd Auto Body is very close to my work place so was the obvious choice for my ICBC claim. They arranged a rental car for me when a courtesy car was unavailable. My car was repaired in record time and delivered to me, sparkling clean. They even returned the rental car to Enterprise Rentals on Marine Drive for me. The staff at both Boyd and Enterprise were a pleasure to deal with. Thank-you to everyone involved for making this accident stress free!

Thanks Guys! Job well done. My parents traveling from Virginia to visit my family and getting into an accident was not the vacation they were hoping for. Being from the states, paper logistic was already quite stressful and having gone to another bodyshop prior to Boyd caused even bigger stress. Upon getting to Boyd, everything was taken care of with peace of mind. Again, thanks for making the unfortunate situation into a pleasant ending. Thanks. Jonathan

Fantastic service from start to finish! Will always use Boyd Autobody for any future repairs (hopefully not too many !) and would highly recommend this location to friends and family. They went above and beyond the service paid for by the insurance company and made sure that the repairs were done in a timely manner. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough how fantastic they were. It is refreshing to find a business with such high standards and values! Thank you once again :)
