The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. She hopped in the van, drove it into a bay, and it was being attended to within minutes. No waiting, whatsoever! It then dawned on me that I should ask for a ball park figure of the cost of repairs. My repair was done quickly and efficiently , as soon as I arrived . Jordan A. and his partner were cheerful and did the work right away. We joked around, and all my windows were cleaned by the time the silicone in the windshield chip was set.

Went in to have a rear tire cover put on my 2005 CRV. They were very friendly and efficient. By the time i was able to get a coffee the repairs were done and the car had been inspected. The paper work was half done and i was out the door in 20 minutes. Perfect experience.

Really friendly, helpful staff that take time to explain everything to you. My repairs were faster then I thought, plus they gave my car a free clean and car wash which I really appreciated.

I went to the glass repair location at Pembina Crossing today. The young man that did the repair on my windshield was very polite and professional. Sorry I did not find out his name. But he deserves a Bouquet for excellent customer service!

I had a small job - just to put a piece of body molding back on my driver side door. They did it very quickly on a weekday morning while I had a coffee. I went to pay but Ed told me that because it was such a small job he would just do it for free. Big thanks to Ed and the manager for being so nice. I will be back there when I really need any work done.

I received my 2000 Caravan home from Boyd yesterday after having body work done.Took it out this a.m. for shopping and felt like I was driving a new vehicle,it even smelled new inside !!
