I found the service to be VERY good at this location. Everybody I talked to was very friendly. Boyd didn't do the work though, the car was sent out to be detailed , and they did a good job, as far as I can tell. It was cloudy and raining when I picked the car up today. I will check it closer on a brighter, sunnier day. Jamie had arranged a courtesy car and it was ready and waiting upon my arrival at the shop. A good job by everybody concerned Peter Davis

The receptionist at the Victoria location was excellent! She was helpful and courteous! The repair was done well, and the staff even replaced stickers that I had on my windsheild. Also I contacted Boyd Autobody (my hometown) for suggestion and the receptionist, Denise Chassie, was outstanding, warm and helpful! She was informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to! I wish I was still living in Red Deer, only to have her to help me if I ever have autobody trouble with my car again. You should give her a raise!

Excellent work on repairing the door, I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. However, in the process of repairing my door the rear bumper was scratched on the far left and right side. But Boyd wanting to give me the best repair job made sure to fix it and for that I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! Thanks again for the great work.
