I was rear ended recently, and had damage to my rear bumper. I was given a list of repair shops from ICBC, and decided to go with Boyd on John St., Victoria, as they are close to where I work. I was pleased with the friendly, and courteous staff who booked my appointment sooner than I expected. They took care of all the paper work, and provided me with a clean courtesy car, so I could get home. The work was performed flawlessly, and ready sooner than I expected. I cannot tell that there was ever any damage to my bumper. It looks better than new! 'Great job' to the body man. Not only did they provide the repair service, but they detailed the entire vehicle! I would have expected a wash on the exterior, but they went above and beyond, with a complete interior detail, including all the windows. I have a dog, and my interior was not very ... clean, but it was immaculate when I picked it up. I give credit to the detail team. My over all impression of this repair facility is 'WOW'!!! My job was fairly minor, so I can imagine how major jobs are handled. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat. Thank you read more

What is the measure of a man? A manager? In my book, it is when he or she casts off the assumed aura of complacency and remains true to his core beliefs. Well done Jon R. Well Done Boyd Auto Body & Glass Victoria.!! Jon continued when others would have shrugged, "oh well, can't help you". Clearly, the entire shop rides on a culture of CUSTOMER FIRST. The entire team is committed to saving the client money and getting the job done. All the staff I had contact with were amazing - polite, competent, professional, organized and all promises met. I find it rare in service industries today to have everything completed as promised and in a timely manner. They also spruced up a couple of parking lot scuffs at no charge making my car look new again. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone requiring autobody work.
