Customer service was great. Repair of key scratches was excellent (someone keyed my car). But that's not why I am writing this review. I would just assume to expect the above. What was great was they must have detailed my car or something, because it was full of door rubs (white rub marks on a my dark grey SUV) and they got rid of them! I assume from a buffing machine or something. I was unable to wash/rub them off myself. Also, the car had some stains from bugs and bird droppings, which I could not wash off, and they got that off too! Overall, the car looked polished and clean all over, not just the repaired area. I had gotten so used to it, I didn't realize how worn the paint has gotten (2008). They must have polished it with a machine. That's not all - I had 2 pre-existing door dings which they also fixed, though the original scope of ... their work was just to fix the scratches (same area). That was the surprised when I got the car back!! Other shops probably would have fixed the scratches and left the dings alone. read more

What started out to be a bad day , came out rosy because of Boyd Auto glass... I got into my car and my rear mirror fell off to the floor .. I hate driving in traffic in Vancouver but would hate it even more without a mirror. Drove to Boyd and they took me in right away and fixed my problem . Didn't charge me anything... excellent service , I would recommend them any day ! Thanks for making my day brighter!

I received excellent service from Robin S. at Boyd Autobody and Glass. Brought in my car to see about a large chip in my front windshield - Robin was very friendly and helpful! He was able to have my windshield replaced that day. I brought it in on my way to work and I was able to drive away at the end of my work day with a shiny new windshield!

Best service I have ever received . I spoke to Rose about getting my windshield repaired , and within 2 hours we had my vehicle in the shop and it was already being worked on. The service and the quality of work is something you very rarely find these days .

Outstanding service. I spoke with Rose who was friendly, accommodating and booked an appointment to repair my windshield for me quickly. After the repair was done, I arrived to pick up my car to find that they had also cleaned my car (which was shamefully dirty) inside and out for me! Thank you to all of the hard working people at Boyd Autobody who made my car pretty again and my day brighter because of it. =)

Edward W. deserves 10 stars. I called Edward on Monday, Jul 10, 2017 to ask for an estimate to replace a Mercedes Benz (boyfriend's car) driver side mirror, full assembly. Long story short, today is Wednesday, Jul 12, 2017, this is fixed. Other body shops quoted "we are not booking until Sep", "the part will take 10 days to 2 weeks". Can you image the response I would get from my boyfriend if I picked him up with the driver side mirror taped together with duct tape? Edward W., and Robin and Rose, WOWED me. I am telling everyone of how incredibly helpful Edward W. and his team are. All the best.

Better than 5 stars! Finding good service when it comes to your car - be it buying one, getting repairs, new windshield or body work usually means feeling uneasy about being ripped off, having to rearrange your schedule and waiting around - not at this place! So glad I asked for a recommendation online and found Robin and his team - they went above and beyond to help me get a new windshield and a few repairs - felt like I drove away with a new car. Cleaned it too! They worked with my schedule instead of just giving options. Made my life super easy. From start to finish - I couldn't be happier with their level of customer service. Rose was awesome. I told her I would really appreciate my window to be replaced within a day because my wife needed the car for the kids activities and school. And she delivered (I'm sure she worked hard behind the scene to make it happen). Plus she was super friendly.
