My vehicle was involved in a hit and run in December, 2025. The inspector was very attentive to the condition of my vehicle and offered to do some touch up paint work (as long as I provided the paint) for previous vandalism that was done to my vehicle. I found the office clerk to be very efficient. Once ICBC had approved the repairs, she called a couple of times to confirm when I would be dropping off the vehicle. The paint job that was done looked great. Overall, a very satisfied customer. I have dealt with Boyd another time in the past and was quite satisfied then and also this last time; however, I would recommend that they emphasize the important information inside the pamphlet that provides information of what to do over the next 30 days to protect the fresh paint on the vehicle.

Great service and excellent repair of damage. They even did a nice touch-up job on a few minor scratches using my paint pen purchased from dealer, and at no added charge. My third time there over many years, always great service.

The service I received was excellent ! I brought my car in for body work as my car had been hit and had a sizeable amount of damage. They arranged for a rental car for me and did an amazing job in repairing my vehicle and had it back to me within a week. I highly recommend Boyd !! Thank You again for such great service.

Great service by the Vancouver location! Robin picked up and dropped off my vehicle once it was all finished with a new bumper. I didn't have to do anything except call them and they did everything for me.... Great Service. My truck looks like brand new again! You guys rock!!

Excellent professional and caring business. Robin went out of his way to help my daughter get her car window repaired after it was broken into. He was very understanding of her class schedule and was accommodating. She is very grateful and was impressed with now nice everyone treated her. The service at this location was some of the best service I've had in any industry in quite a long while. My Murano got broken into on Saturday night, 2 windows broken. I booked an appointment online on Sunday, and Robin from this location called me first thing Monday morning to get going on getting the proper glass in. Robin was a huge help, and in fact was a key reason I was able to get my car back on Monday afternoon -- the same day! He got the glass in, got Bobby working on it when I arrived at 8:30. Bobby was very thorough with the photos of the car and the inspection. Bobby was also key in getting me my rental car. Great service from everyone, thanks huge to Robin and Bobby for getting me up and going in less than 1 day!! I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I speak to. Cheers, Dave
