I am so glad that I asked for a list of other names, when the first company Intact provided had 150 cars ahead of me and gave me a timeline of approx 2-3 months which was unacceptable and very upsetting after a car accident. I selected Boyd after doing some web research plus they were on the Intact approved list which really helped. This St. Albert, AB location is a hidden gem. They were so friendly , professional and so efficient plus have my car ready in two and a half weeks before their estimation completion date of approx 3 weeks which was very reasonable compared to 2-3 months. My family was very impressed as the car was needed for a vacation trip and employment time was already approved thus a big problem.. They really listened to our situation! Everything they said they would do, they did and followed through on plus kept me in the ... loop with updates. Neighbors and anyone I talk to afterwards said -yes, they were the best and have a solid reputation as they had dealing in the past with Boyd, St. Albert, AB location. Way superior in every way plus the employees seemed happy and relaxed, and the impression was that it was a good work environment. It also looked like they gave young people and young women equal rights and career opportunities , so the boss must be awesome. I am pleased with the work done by the shop. I appreciated being contacted every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and to be kept in the loop. At one point when I had concerns about the work being done, the manager himself called me to go over everything and did the next couple of follow up calls himself. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful

Please note that Ron B. as Manager of your St. Albert Service Centre has "Excellent Customer Skills". I recently had my 2009 Ford Ranger towed to your St. Albert Service Centre after being rear ended in November of 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off but Ron treated me with dignity and was very honest as to the situation with my truck. I cannot say the same level of service was received from my insurance company. Ron and Christina know how to treat customers. THANKS!!!
