I am pleased with the work done by the shop. I appreciated being contacted every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and to be kept in the loop. At one point when I had concerns about the work being done, the manager himself called me to go over everything and did the next couple of follow up calls himself. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful

The service I received at the St. Albert location was excellent. The staff were friendly and informative. The repairs done on my vehicle were exactly what I expected and more! I am impressed with how clean my vehicle was inside and out when I picked it up.. I would definately recommend Boyd's.

From the estimate through the repair the service was excellent! Done on time and for the amount quoted. I was impressed with how clean my vehicle was - inside and out. I wasn't expecting the detailing - I'm a bit embarrassed on how it looked when I brought it in :) Thanks to Craig, Sarah, Ron and the shop staff! Awesome work was done. the repair took a little longer that originally estimated due to new findings. I was kept apprised of the situation by the St. Albert office. I really appreciated the interior & exterior cleaning that was done!! Awesome

Please note that Ron B. as Manager of your St. Albert Service Centre has "Excellent Customer Skills". I recently had my 2009 Ford Ranger towed to your St. Albert Service Centre after being rear ended in November of 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off but Ron treated me with dignity and was very honest as to the situation with my truck. I cannot say the same level of service was received from my insurance company. Ron and Christina know how to treat customers. THANKS!!!

Boyd did a great job repairing the damage to my car. They kept me informed as to the progress, completed the repairs in a timely manner. If I ever need auto body repair again in the future, I will definitely go back to Boyd. I would highly recommend their services.
