Our car's rear windshield was broken into pieces, and the back door could not be opened because the glass fell into the lock area. The manager communicated with our insurance company back and forth. Finally, the insurance company approved; the windshield and the lock were replaced perfectly under a certain time warranty. They helped us save time dealing with the insurance company and showed them the evidence. They are professional.

It's been almost 2 years since I had major body work repair completed at Boyd Auto Body in Royal Oak N.W. on my 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck. Since that time, I thought I could see a few imperfections within the paint itself. I met with Richard P, the General Manager at that location and I showed him a few areas of my concern. Richard determined that the blemishes were from the paint and clear coat application. We agreed on a date that I could leave the vehicle with him for a couple of days. On the day I inspected my truck, Richard showed me the areas that where fixed and explained why they occurred and what the process was involved to rectify the issues. Thank you Boyd's! You should all be incredibly proud of the work you do. My Celica is 23 years old, and when I picked it up, it looked slick like it had rolled off the showroom floor. Your entire team genuinely cared about getting every little thing right. At every stage, I felt like my car was a priority, and more importantly, I felt like I was a priority. I was extremely happy with Boyds on Yellowhead. Right from opening the door I was treated like I was important. Wendy at the front was great! Friendly, efficient and on top of things. They arranged for a rental for me, everything was wonderful! I was more than happy with the repairs, they did a fantastic job. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We had the pleasure of working with Jay and team to look after some minor bodywork for our Ionic 5. They were completely transparent about all the work that had to be done and why. They kept us up to speed throughout the process. At the end, they were able to reuse some parts and reduced the price of their original quote. On top of all that, they detailed the interior of the car. All of this was done with friendly service. Amazing. If you need to have autobody work done we would highly, highly recommend this team. Fantastic work.
