My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the other driver left without leaving any contact information. Needless to say I was extremely upset. After speaking with Jason by phone about the scrapes on the side of my car, he suggested that I stop by and he would take a look. After carefully assessing the damage, he excused himself, came back with an assortment of tools of the trade and fixed it right there in the parking lot !! He was polite, professional and very pleasant as well as extremely skilled. When I asked what the charge was he said "Nothing, it's free". I was blown away by his generosity !! These days it is extremely rare to find such excellent customer service and quality work. I grabbed a bunch of Jason's business cards which I will happily hand out to my friends and now I know where I will be going for bodywork as ... long as I own a car. I word have to say the work on the car was impressive paint was perfect a bit of a problem with the calibration of the cameras on the Subaru with the new windshield replacement but not a deal breaker. The work was done right on time the shop called with details when in shop to let me know of any issues. I would go back to this shop if needed again great friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your good service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended

My little car recently suffered a hit and run collision in my outdoor parking lot. This tore the bumper off and sadly because no plate number was seen, i was to pay the $500 deductible. Ouch! Darcy, at Boyd in Maple Ridge was very sympathetic, approachable and accommodating! He and his crew and Susan at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Not only was my bumper re-attached but it looked like new. They also washed 3 years of grime off my 22 year old car - so it looked like new as well! This was all done 24 hours after my first meeting with Darcy. AND at a price far below what that $500 deductible was requiring Fabulous service! 6 stars out of 5 .

The manager was so great and the rest of the team, They are very friendly and accommodating. They even do some extra work for my car. They return my civic like brand new. My car is clean inside and out. Thank you for the great job, Its my second time and still the same amazing!!!

I just wanted to drop a line to say how happy I am with the service I received from your shop. The ladies in front were helpful and efficient. Right from the beginning till the end. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion and I was notified about the progress. The car looks great after the repairs.And to my surprise I was very pleased to see how clean and nice my car was in the interior. I never expected nor have I ever had a body shop clean so thoroughly inside. The windshield was so clear I thought it was replaced. Thank you again for such great repairs and care. Also I hope you had no problems with the insurance company because for me they were not great, . Thanks again

This place of repair is outstanding. I can't say enough about the communication and outstanding customer service provided. I was highly recommended to have repairs done here and don't regret it at all. My little car was delivered when promised and was totally cleaned inside out. This place is top notch and just overlook the sad reviews as there is nothing I can say that a person could never be satisfied about. 10 plus stars
