The service I received was exceptional! I needed a quick service that was rather last minute and Paolo was able to squeeze me on the spot. As I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Jackson who knew exactly what I came in for. He was professional, organized, and efficient. I was very impressed by JJ as he switched out my burnt headlight for a new one in a matter of minutes. I was also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary carwash Jackson threw in for me! Definitely will come again!

Both times I've gotten work done at this location I have been beyond impressed with the work that they do; ranging from the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff, to the top quality repair work that the garage staff put out! I was also very impressed with how quickly they managed to get my car back to me, especially considering how great of quality the repairs were! If I could rate this Boyd location higher I would! Definitely coming back here if I ever hit another raccoon??

Being involved in a collision triggers enough stress factors on its own, never mind going through the "getting your car repaired" process. At Boyd Autobody I can unequivocally say there was absolutely zero stress. My initial appointment was a smooth, 20minute process, and bringing my car in for the actual repair was too easy to even think about complaining. I arrived, spent 5 minutes there, the rental car was ready and off I went. The next morning I had my car and there was no indication it had been in an accident. Beautiful work. Friendly staff. Off I went. I don't suggest having an accident to experience this terrific service, but if you do have one, then Boyd Autobody & Glass is where you want to go for your repairs. Great Experience overall. Thanks so much.

Normally, I don't bother to take the time to give feedback but the wonderful service I received from Matthew L. was exceptional. I value service and Matthew delivered ...he's a Star! I had gotten ticked off when my scheduled appointed did not happened and they called to let me know it would have to be another day when my car was already there for hours. Today it got done and when others seemed to duck for cover, Matthew took charge of my situation and was very pleasant and helpful and displayed very good manners. He personally dropped me off and picked me up while my car was being fixed and in those brief times as well, I could tell he was a very positive and kind person ...the type of person any business would want to take care of their customer service.

What started out to be a bad day , came out rosy because of Boyd Auto glass... I got into my car and my rear mirror fell off to the floor .. I hate driving in traffic in Vancouver but would hate it even more without a mirror. Drove to Boyd and they took me in right away and fixed my problem . Didn't charge me anything... excellent service , I would recommend them any day ! Thanks for making my day brighter!

I worked a 12 hour night shift and walked to my car to find it was broken into. Along with the car damage my purse and wallet was also stolen. Needless to say I was not having a good morning! I went to Boyd on Henderson and was greeted by Teresa S., customer service representative, who was very understanding and supportive. She made me feel heard and walked me through what I needed to do. She was empathic and exactly the kind of person I needed at that time. Another gentleman named Michael helped me and was also very nice. I have not had the autobody or glass work at this time but I wanted to applaud the customer service.Thank you!
