Customer service was great. Repair of key scratches was excellent (someone keyed my car). But that's not why I am writing this review. I would just assume to expect the above. What was great was they must have detailed my car or something, because it was full of door rubs (white rub marks on a my dark grey SUV) and they got rid of them! I assume from a buffing machine or something. I was unable to wash/rub them off myself. Also, the car had some stains from bugs and bird droppings, which I could not wash off, and they got that off too! Overall, the car looked polished and clean all over, not just the repaired area. I had gotten so used to it, I didn't realize how worn the paint has gotten (2008). They must have polished it with a machine. I lost an encounter with a security gate with my Lexus RX350 so headed off to Boyd as my wife and I have had excellent advice and service from the staff here. This time was no exception. Kris and the folks on Sooke Road gave me good advice about how to proceed in assessing how best to pay for the work to be done, what that work would be and when they could get to the job. The advice was good, the work was done even more quickly than promised, and the final product was perfect. I highly recommend Boyd here in Victoria.

Boyd's service was honest, friendly and efficient. I was given the use of a Boyd's loaner car while my own car was being repaired. Despite the longer than usual time for repairs, the delay was due to suppliers sending the needed parts for the car. The damaged parts were repaired as good as new :)
