I am very pleased with the service provided with the hail damage to my vehicle. The repairs did not take long at all and the vehicle was given back cleaner than the way i had taken it there.

I find myself going back to Boyd Autobody every time I need work do on my car. They are professional and courteous. they way the take the time to explain everything in great detail is so important. It really helps me and everyone that is not sure of the type of work that need to be done so that it is clearly understood. I and my husband have had work done by Boyd Autobody and recommend them to everyone we know

I brought my car to the Marion location to be fixed a while back, and recently I brought it again for 2 more claims. Damaged dash and a damaged front end from an accident. Your website does not indicate what area the Marion location is in so I’m emailing you both so you get the feedback. On all of my claims I’ve dealt primarily with Jason, and I’ve gone through dialog with Cheryl as well (Please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong.) On my last claim I used a courtesy car that broke down in the middle of portage late last night, the last night of a month long repair, I had to have it towed and this morning the branch had the car towed back to them. Luckily, my car was ready today. I went to pickup my car (which was in excellent condition I might add ?) and I found the heat wasn’t working. It would only blow cold air and only out of the ... main vents. No feet or defrost. I called Marion back and let them know. They apologized and took the car back, and promptly gave me another courtesy car that was much better quality.Jason and Cheryl have done an excellent job of keeping me happy. They’ve been very apologetic and quick to help me in any way they can. They’ve had a real “customer first” attitude and I’ve appreciated it. I wanted to make sure you have my positive feedback on these 2, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. read more

Also a thank you to Reegan for paining my hirror & hood tie down. My jeep looks 100%. Hats off to you Reegan. Special thanks to the detail guys, & courtesy driver. I needed the plug of my block heater replaced and Greg B. provided impeccable service at an unbeatable price and basically on the spot. This is my second consecutive positive experience with Boyd. They'll be at the top of my list the next time I need collision repair. Thanks again!

I came into Boyd Pembina location in Winnipeg on Saturday afternoon and I am thrilled with the service I received from Matt. I had an issue with my car that occurred due to some work Boyd on Dudley Ave performed on my front bumper area and since that location was closed, Matt was there to help. He considered my time constraints, my comfort, my frustration and he arranged for the problem to be fixed entirely and ensured that I walked away as a happy customer - thanks Matt!
